Privacy Policy

Ramaj Eroc

Effective Date: October 16, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Ramaj Eroc collects, uses, stores, and protects information submitted through this website, tour waitlist forms, lead forms, music offers, merchandise offers, and related fan sign-up experiences.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number, if you choose to provide it
  • City, state, region, ZIP code, or tour interest location
  • Birthday and how many friends you'd likely bring, when you join the tour waitlist
  • Your email and text message choices (which updates you agreed to receive)
  • Responses to fan, music, merch, event, or tour-related questions
  • Offers you submit on the "Submit your offer" page (darrell.one/offer): the release and format, what you'd pay, your city and any note
  • Purchase or supporter information when you buy music, merch, tickets, or related offers, including the items you ordered, your shipping name and address, and a phone number for delivery (shared with our print and shipping partners only to deliver your order)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to communicate with you about Ramaj Eroc music, tour announcements, city-specific show updates, merchandise, album releases, supporter offers, event opportunities, and related direct-to-fan updates.

We may also use city, state, region, or ZIP code information to understand where fans are located and where future shows, events, or tour stops may make sense.

When you buy something, we use your name, email, and shipping address to process, ship, and support your order.

What We Show Publicly

This website shows live fan stats to celebrate supporters. Publicly, we only show city and state or country names (for example "Someone in Chicago, IL just bought the Digital Album"), total counts, tour city interest counts, and supporter leaderboards using first name and last initial. We never publicly show email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, ZIP codes, or birthdays.

Email and Text Communication

If you join the tour waitlist and agree to email updates, you will receive emails from Ramaj Eroc about music, shows, merch, events, and supporter offers.

If you submit an offer on darrell.one/offer, your email address is added to the Ramaj Eroc fan email list: you'll hear about that release first (its price and how to order), plus new music, shows and drops. This is noted on the form. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. An offer is not an order and nothing is charged.

When you place an order on this website, your email address is added to the Ramaj Eroc fan email list, and you will receive emails about new music, shows, and drops. This is noted at checkout. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Text messages are only sent to people who provided a phone number and agreed to receive texts, and only for the type of texts they agreed to (marketing texts, informational texts, or both). A purchase does not sign you up for texts, and the phone number you give at checkout is only used for your order's delivery. Texts are sent during daytime hours. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. See our SMS Terms.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers only when needed to operate our fan list, email system, SMS system, website, payment processing, customer support, analytics, order fulfillment, or event-related communication. These providers are only used to help fulfill the purpose for which your information was collected. They currently include:

  • Stripe, for payments (card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them)
  • Textmagic, to send our emails and text messages and manage our contact lists
  • Supabase, the secure database where orders and waitlist sign-ups are stored
  • Cloudflare, which hosts this website and runs a bot check on the waitlist form
  • Our pressing, printing, and fulfillment partners, who receive your name and shipping address to ship vinyl and merch orders
  • Bandcamp, for digital album purchases made there
  • Meta and Google, for advertising measurement as described below

Meta Lead Forms and Advertising

If you submit information through a Meta, Facebook, or Instagram lead form, we use that information for the purpose described in the form, such as tour waitlist updates, city-specific announcements, music updates, merch offers, or supporter communication.

Information submitted through Meta lead forms is not sold. It may be transferred to tools or service providers used to manage fan communication, email lists, SMS lists, customer records, or event updates.

Cookies, Pixels, and Analytics

This website may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, or advertising technologies to understand website activity, measure ad performance, improve fan experiences, and support future marketing. These tools may collect information such as page views, clicks, device information, browser type, and general interaction data.

We also count how many people are on the website right now (an anonymous visit counter): each open page sends a random code, the page name, and your approximate country or state. It uses no cookies and stores no names, emails, or IP addresses, and these visit records are deleted within a day. To find and fix checkout problems, when you open the shop's payment form we record how far it got: whether it finished loading and how long that took, whether you went back to your cart, how long it was open, and (from Stripe) whether a payment was tried and the bank's reason if it was declined. These records are linked to a random code saved in your browser and to the Stripe checkout, contain no card details, and are only seen by us.

When you use your private album download link, we note when the download page was opened, which songs or ZIP files were downloaded, and whether the lyrics or photos were viewed, linked to your order. We use this only to make sure fans received their music and to help anyone who didn't. It uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses or device details.

This website uses the Meta Pixel. In the shop, it records when an item is added to the cart, when checkout starts, and when a purchase is completed (with the order total and items), so we can measure which ads lead to sales. When an order is paid, our server also reports that purchase to Meta (Conversions API) with your email, phone, name and shipping city, state, ZIP and country in hashed (scrambled) form, plus the browser details from checkout, so Meta can match it to its ads. It does not receive your card details or street address.

After an order that ships, the thank-you page loads Google Customer Reviews, Google's "rate this store" box. To show it, the page shares order details with Google: your email address, order number, delivery country, expected delivery date and the product barcodes, so Google may receive information about purchases made on this site. Google may also place or read cookies or use similar technologies in your browser for this program. If you choose to take part, Google emails you a short survey about your order; if you don't, Google won't send you that survey. Reviews are collected and shown by Google under Google's own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can block or delete cookies in your browser's settings, and you can opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.

Your shop cart and a few display preferences are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there when you come back. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

Google AdSense and Advertising Cookies

This website uses Google AdSense to display ads. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices.

Payments and Purchases

Monthly memberships (darrell.one/support) are billed by Stripe, which keeps your name, email and payment details and tells us your tier and whether your membership is active. We use your email to sign you in to the members page (by an emailed link, sent through Textmagic) and to send your welcome email, and members join our email list (unsubscribe anytime). Votes you cast on the members page are saved with your Stripe customer number so you get one vote per post. For rooms that include a CD, vinyl or merch, Stripe also collects your shipping address when you join; we keep it with your customer number to ship those items and share it with our shipping partners only to deliver them. Your browser keeps a sign-in key for the members page in local storage until you sign out. The Sidewalk (the free membership) collects only your email through Stripe, no card. Member points: we keep a record of points earned and used, with your membership email, the order or payment it came from, the amount and the date, to show your points on the members page and apply them at checkout; when you pay in the shop while signed in, your membership email is attached to that Stripe payment so it earns your points.

Purchases in the darrell.one shop are paid through Stripe's secure payment form on this website. Card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. Other music, merchandise, vinyl, CD, ticket, or supporter purchases may be processed through third-party platforms such as Bandcamp, Stripe, Shopify, or other payment providers. Those platforms may collect payment and transaction information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information submitted to us. However, no website, email system, payment system, or online platform can guarantee complete security.

Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from email updates at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You may also contact us to ask questions about your information, ask what we have on file, or request that your information be corrected or deleted, or that you be removed from our fan communication list.

How Long We Keep Information

We keep order information as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns, and meet tax and accounting requirements. We keep fan list and waitlist information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
