Returns & Refunds
This return policy applies to physical Darrell v1 products purchased directly from this website, including CDs (sleeve or jewel case, autographed or not), vinyl records, the “I'm Getting Old” tee, and other physical merchandise sold by Ramaj Eroc.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect physical products only.
Because these items are limited-run physical products, signed items, music media, and artist-direct merchandise, returns are not accepted for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, accidental orders, or preference-based reasons.
Defective, Damaged, Or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, a short explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Return Window
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Requests made after 14 days may not be eligible for a replacement, refund, or return authorization.
Return Method
If your return request is approved, instructions will be sent by email.
Please do not send any item back before receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
For approved returns involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping instructions will be provided by email.
If a replacement is available, a replacement may be sent. If a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued to the original payment method.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Once a refund is processed, it may take additional time for your bank, card provider, or payment processor to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- CDs, including autographed copies
- Vinyl records
- Tees (printed to order, so a size or color you picked can't be exchanged)
- Personalized tees (printed with the birth year you entered)
- Limited-edition physical music products
- Opened or used items
- Digital albums or digital downloads
- Items purchased from third-party platforms or other sellers
Digital Albums
Digital albums and digital downloads are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once purchased, except where required by law.
